The actual weekday will depend on where your property is located in relation to our current routes. Once a day is set, your property will be serviced on the same day each week although the time may change sometimes. If there is a need for a slight schedule change due to weather, a holiday, or other short term reason, we will communicate via email as early as we know about the change.
The short answer is NO. We are currently only looking for regular weekly maintenance customers and because of this we are not able to provide one time visits for anything other than our leaf removal in the fall/winter.
Our recommendation is to get a lock that has some type of passcode on it. That way you can provide us with the code so we can get into the locked area to service your property entirely and then close and lock the gate when we’re finished.
